In a time when so many women feel like they're being told that their bodies are too much or not enough, boudoir photography gives them an opportunity to take control of their image and celebrate their bodies for what they are: beautiful.
The woman who chooses to have boudoir photos taken is taking back the power from those who tell her she isn't good enough. She is saying "I am beautiful and I'm going to show it."
